Terms & Conditions

General

Team Tumi Fitness(TTF) is not to be held liable for any injuries that may occur during training

sessions or training plans provided by Team Tumi Fitness.

The workouts and advice provided to you by Team Tumi Fitness through Instagram live, Instagram

posts and the Team Tumi sessions are provided as general information NOT specific to each client.

Team Tumi Fitness will not accept responsibility for any injuries or allergies that may arise from

accessing or relying on the information and service provided. Each client is responsible for following

the advice and guide set out by Team Tumi Fitness, therefore, Team Tumi Fitness cannot be held

liable should the client be disappointed with the results upon completing the service.

Team Tumi Fitness has the right to refuse to provide services to any clients that do not abide by

these conditions.

PAR-Q

Before any appointments take place you must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire

(PAR-Q). The PAR-Q becomes invalid if your condition changes. Your details are destroyed once you

are no longer a client. This information will be used to determine whether you are eligible for my

services. They will be stored in a secure file with my access only.

Cancellation

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

otherwise you will be charged for the full session. The same rules apply for rescheduled appointments.

Booking sessions

When more than one session is purchased you must complete within a certain time frame.

When 5 sessions are purchased they must be complete within 1 months of the start date.

When 10 sessions are purchased they must be completed within 2 months of the start date.

Otherwise all other sessions booked must be completed within 3 weeks.

No deposits are taken during the booking process; However, a deposit of 10% is required when

buying any packages or more than one session.

Please be aware that if you are based in certain areas you may be required to pay a travel charge.

Data Protection and Privacy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy page on the website for a detailed

outline of our privacy and data protection policy.

COVID-19

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend any sessions and contact me

as soon as possible.

Symptoms include:

• Dry cough

• Fever

• Tiredness

• Aches and pains

• Sore throat

• Diarrhea

• Conjunctivitis

• Loss of taste or smell

• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

• Chest pain or pressure

• Loss of speech or movement

If you happen to have any of the above symptoms please make sure to cancel or re schedule your session as soon as possible and atleast 24 hours before your time slot.
